中国国际电工学会2021年会主题演讲. Svetlana Gutman和Dr. Elena Rytova谈智慧城市指标

题为《电子游戏平台首页》的主题演讲，是由俄罗斯国家能源和能源研究所所长吴晓东博士主持的. Svetlana Gutman和Dr. 埃琳娜·雷托娃，都来自彼得大帝.彼得堡工业大学, 去年10月15日，在CSID 电子游戏官网-SCUD可持续基础设施与城市发展国际会议的第三天, 2021.

在他们的讲座中，博士. Rytova强调了城市作为经济发展中心的作用，以及上个世纪以来城市人口的快速增长如何改变了电子游戏平台首页的环境. 随着城市街区的不断扩大, technological development alone would no longer be enough to protect the environment.

This calls on urban planners and engineers to develop a new model: smart cities. 它的核心, 可持续智慧城市的概念要求有效利用技术和数据来建设具有适应性和灵活性的城市. The aim of which is to improve the city’s economy and standards of living.

In brief, the implementation of SCIs is a must have for future urban development and city growth. 根据俄罗斯城市的经验，Dr. Gutman and Rytova hoped that SCIs may be further adapted to cities worldwide, thoroughly basing on the needs and conditions present within each setting.
