电子游戏平台首页-人权教育(电子游戏官网- hre)是电子游戏官网大学成员大学的学术合作网络，通过人权与和平教育促进电子游戏官网/东南亚对人权的尊重和和平的可持续性, 研究, 能力建设和宣传.

电子游戏官网 - HRE was endorsed by the ASEAN 大学 网络 Board of Trustees during its Meeting on 28 - 29 July 2009. 认识到没有和平就没有人权, the sub-network which focuses on human rights education also includes peace component into its activities. 电子游戏官网大学联盟目前在电子游戏官网拥有30所成员大学. Inspired by the ASEAN vision 2025 and other relevant documents such as the ASEAN Human Rights Declaration, 电子游戏官网人权联盟朝着以电子游戏官网人民为中心的共同愿景迈进，电子游戏官网人民的人权得到更好的尊重和保护，和平得到持续.

  2. Enhance capacity of 电子游戏官网 Member Universities in developing curricular/ programme/ course in human rights, 和平及相关领域
  3. Raise human rights awareness and enhance regional cooperation that will lead to better protection
  4. 促进人权和基本自由

促进人权与和平的教育与研究, 电子游戏官网-HRE建立并加强与其他网络和资助者的伙伴关系. In 2015, 与东南亚人权研究网络(SEAHRN)合作, 电子游戏官网-HRE initiated the Strengthening Human Rights and Peace Research and Education in ASEAN/Southeast Asia (SHAPE-SEA), a programme supported by Swedish International Development Agency (Sida) and the Norwegian Centre for Human Rights (NCHR), 奥斯陆大学, 挪威. 电子游戏官网-HRE is committed to creating a critical mass of human rights and peace academics in the region.

The 4th Lecturer Workshop on Teaching Human Rights which  was held online between August to November 2020, further building the capacity of university lecturers in effectively teaching human rights, 提高学习方法的能力, 设计课程/教学大纲. It also aimed at providing a platform for mutual learning among participants and sharing experiences.

另外, 电子游戏官网-HRE的重点是政策倡导和政府参与, 学生参与, 区域网络会议与电子游戏官网/东南亚(SEA)以外的合作. 关于不同人权问题的会议和特别小组等活动, 学术研究补助金, and outreach activities are conducted by SHAPE SEA to further human rights in the region and beyond. Activities provided opportunities for network building among participants by identifying possible joint activities, 研究项目合作, 并统一各个机构的具体问题.
